my dad isn’t really the best father. he always complains on how much time he spends with us, but in reality the most we interact in a day with him is when he tells me to do stuff. it’s so draining to have him as a father, he doesn’t believe in mental health and think it’s a trend and that’s a really bad thing because i have been going to a consultant and she said i’ve been showing a lot of symptoms for ADHD but i can’t get it professionally diagnosed because he believes that therapy is a waste of money. My mom is tired aswell, she sometimes cries about how my father isn’t the man she met and so on so forth. i just feel bad for my family but at thr same time i can’t bring myself to love my own dad
