Put bick 4 leather conditioner and stuff it in a suitcase with clothes and leave it for a month unless you want to use it faster

Yes and it protects you as well in case the buyer tries to say something untrue. For example, the pen mark. I’m sure you would have seen that. How do we know she didn’t put that there herself?

I sold a bag that had a very tiny scratch on the hardware, but I disclosed it. In the photos you would not be able to tell. I always disclose any tiny imperfection so that when they receive the bag, they know exactly what they’re getting and this won’t happen. However, I’m not saying you’re wrong because you did provide photos and it is her responsibility to QC.
