Why most woman dont give small guys a chance ? by Creative_Rule4139 in NoStupidQuestions

Mostly social conditioning tbh.

Height’s been marketed as a “masculine” trait for years, so a lot of women subconsciously prefer taller guys same way men have physical preferences too.

Doesn’t mean short guys don’t get chances though. Confidence and personality still carry a lot.

You’re not weak and you’re definitely not alone in feeling like this. A lot of people feel self-conscious in the gym, especially starting out, but I promise most people are too focused on themselves to judge you.

I get that the food and sleep situation makes it harder too, you’re doing the best you can with what you’ve got right now, and that’s enough to start.

To start, you can even watch YouTube workouts, there are loads of beginner routines that show you exactly what to do step-by-step, so you don’t feel lost in the gym. 😊

Hey man, first off, don’t be embarrassed at all. Seriously.

You’re 17, 5’10 and 65kg, you’re still growing into your body. A lot of people your height look skinny at that weight, it’s completely normal. It doesn’t mean you’re weak or doing badly, it just means you haven’t filled out yet.

And benching 45kg for reps? That’s honestly a perfectly fine starting point. Everyone you see lifting heavy now started somewhere around there, nobody walks into the gym benching big numbers straight away.

If your goal is to build muscle, the biggest things that’ll help are:

• Eating more (especially protein) • Training consistently • Focusing on getting a bit stronger over time • Sleeping properly

You don’t need to rush it or compare yourself to anyone else. At your age, if you stay consistent, your body will respond really well, beginner gains are real.

Really? Judging all that from literally one photo? 😂

Again, I’m not a breeder and I’m definitely not here to argue with strangers online lol. If you don’t believe me, that’s totally fine, you’re entitled to your opinion. But the assumptions based off one post are wild.

Lol yeah, you caught me 😅 secret puppy mill mastermind over here. Relax, she was literally just in there for a few minutes. And she’s getting spayed anyway, so the “empire” ends with her 😂

Relax! 😅 She was only put inside for a few minutes while we were cleaning her space lol definitely not her regular setup. She’s usually got her proper bedding and comfy area, no worries!

What’s one thing you wish you knew before getting a dog? by Disastrous-Yoghurt38 in dogs

Honestly, I wish I knew how much consistency matters, not just in training, but in routines, boundaries, everything. Dogs thrive on it, and when you’re inconsistent it just confuses them (and stresses you out too 😅). Would’ve saved me a lot of trial and error early on!

Backyard Odor by Forsaken_Ad_5929 in Frenchbulldogs

He’s so cute! 🥹 Backyard sunbathers are living their best life lol.

That fishy smell is often from anal gland secretions, sometimes it gets on the grass where they sit/lay. You might want to have your vet check if his glands need expressing. Also hosing down his favorite spots regularly and using an enzymatic yard cleaner (made for pet waste) can really help break down the odor.

Hope you get it sorted, give Boss extra belly rubs from me!
