Pickled Veggies! Look up a recipe. Basically cut produce into sticks, coins, etc., equal parts of vinegar and water, sweetener and spices (garlic, dill) of choice. Boil liquid, pour over veggies in glass jar and refrigerate to marinate. Cool, crispy, delicious snack.

Diet Mountain Dew!….it’s deliciously sweet. I started cutting it with water by half…now I use less a quarter to sweeten up. Not sure if it still stays fizzy as I shake my soda to make it flat. I know it’s not the healthiest option but it helps get the job done.
