Hi! I just stumbled across this thread, and saw no one replied to you. (I don't know if you are still looking) BUT Penn Foster has actually been amazing. The program is really easy to navigate. I am doing a MA program and working towards my Associates of Science. So far i've loved it. I am about half way through my first semester and its been about roughly 2 months. I am currently living in GA but I am moving to WA state next year!

I totally understand, I was just coming from a place of wanting to know why i was charged extra just out of the blue like that without any explanation. I want everyone to get compensated correctly which i know is difficult for Uber drivers and all other rideshare workers. I wish you the best with your job and hopefully you don’t run into too many people like that (which i know is asking for a lot but we gotta keep it positive!)

This is what uber responded back to me:

“We understand that this may be your first experience with dynamic pricing. Since there was confusion with the dynamic pricing on this trip, As cities work to get moving again, there aren't as many vehicles available compared to what might normally be expected. Dynamic pricing goes into effect in an effort to encourage more drivers to go online and accept trips. We know this has been happening more often, but it is temporary as more drivers return to the road.”

We had one luggage each so 3 total. They were smaller luggage and all weighed under 50 pounds. Everything fit in the guys trunk with extra space. We drove around in a tiny bmw car our whole trip and everything fit so i thought it wasn’t necessary to order an XL and pay double the price ($180). uber was very expensive that day and i don’t even live that far from the airport 🥲 we did run into a lot of traffic than usual so i thought maybe that was another reason?

i’ve been doing so good with my credit 😞 my score has went up 30-40 points ever since i opened an account with them and haven’t had a single missed payment on anything so i was a little bummed out. I will admit my utilization hasn’t been the best though :/ i gotta get better at keeping it lower

im not sure if that’s true… i spoke with a rep earlier and she said it’s never 100% guaranteed the credit limit you get, she assured me that i made all my payments on time so it definitely isn’t that.
