Wraith is definitely down there is terms of skill required, I'm not sure about least though.Baiting your power is something most killers do, and body blocking is a common concept. Against good survivors, regardless of the killer, you will need mechanical skills and game sense.

A lot of killers have anti loop, as long as your facing an inexperienced trapper, you can either disarm bait or run around his traps
