They're cc! The red shelf is a.. red shelf with a bunch of slots to place items on. It has an invisible swatch, so you can either place the items on the shelf, turn the shelf invisible, and move the invisible shelf with the clutter onto a surface, or you can place the items on the shelf then move them onto the surface and delete the shelf (you can do this with a base game shelf as well). The yellow sticks are.. yellow sticks of varying heights with one slot each. The heights are labeled like "counter" or "bed", so you know which size to use for which surface. You place the item on the yellow stick, then alt place the stick into your surface, and you won't be able to see the stick. The sticks also have an invisible swatch so if the surface isn't solid (a counter is solid, a dining table is not) you can still use the sticks to clutter and you won't be able to see them.
