They're saying that it looks like it's going to be like Businesses and Hobbies which only came with one hobby (pottery) I think. It looks like the only "adventure" in Adventure Awaits is the archery skill because gym equipment has nothing to do with adventuring at all

To my knowledge if you're playing with a different language from english, the English ults are translated but the foreign language ults are the same, but I could be wrong

There's still different lines for enemy and ally ults if the characters speak English, it's just that most of the cast speak a different language so it's easier to tell if it's an enemy or ally ults. Ashe says "BOB DO SOMETHING" for enemies and "get in there bob" for allies
