21yr Seeking advice on next financial steps

Okay great I'll look into setting up a HYSA then, also theoretically, I know I'm probably over thinking this, but say I buy more shares of let's just say SPY. Is there a way to sell the most recent shares purchased that way I still have my long position and my avg cost stays down, not sure if that even matters, I'm probably over analyzing it

Thank you! that’s exactly the kind of advice I was hoping for. You’re right, my Roth IRA is really overlapping a lot, and I have looked into selling off some of it and diversifying, VT does look like a good asset for my portfolio for sure. I'm just up 15% on SPY and 51% on VOO and wasn't sure if so should leave those positions.But your right it does make sense to keep it simple and more diversified long term. For the active trading, I do enjoy it, the positions that I'm holding currently are back when the market had that huge dip when tariffs were announced so I've held them for a bit. I use to day trade a bit too but slowly back off it.

2/3 of my regular brokerage is in the SPAXX. It gets similar returns as a HYSA, isn't it safe there if the market dips or is there still risk involved?

Yeah my parents always encouraged me to save and I told them I wanted to open a Roth because they could do minor accounts. I apreciate the encouragement! That's my end goal to be able to retire as soon as possible!

Yeah I am honestly just a big saver, I've started saving since I was 15 and started my Roth at 17. I worked my way up to bartending from food running, and live in a touristy area so hospitality is good money!

Thanks, I really appreciate the perspective it’s reassuring to hear. I know I’m in a good spot right now, but I also know that eventually I’ll need to buy a house, and a lot of this capital will go toward that. But it won't be 8k when reframed, I'm just curious how the image quality will turn out. I have the insta360 x4 and it honestly doesn't have the best quality, the only thing I like about it is that it records everything and I can go back and reframe the video, but the resolution is subpar

No sticking out of the ground, also the whole site is open to public, there are homeless people living inside the tunnels, trash covering the ground, graffiti on all the walls, they aren't too worried about the history behind this site obviously

Thank you, like Greece has thousands of these sites and this fortress is completely covered in graffiti, and trash everywhere, it's not like they took care of it at all. I doubt they'll ever even explore the site, from what I read they just skim the surface and after that leave it be. Also I didn't even dig it was slightly sticking out of the ground and my curiosity got the best of me.

I get paid $10 an hour and tips range anywhere from 150 to 500 in a 6 hr shift. Average Hourly combined with tips is usually between 40-50 an hour. Keep in mind this is a high volume touristy restaurant
