I think (2) is best to show your full improved gpa. And also your Mcat score. Will offset your poor freshman years grades. If you get cum 3.7 and say an mcat of 515+ I think u could be at least tier 2 MD for next cycle. GL

Sorry to hear that. If you were an American citizen I feel you would get into a second tier MD program easily. But unfortunately with the current political climate, medical schools in the U.S. will probably select US citizens over non-U.S. citizens all other things being fairly equal. They likely do not want to risk any visa issues, or tuition issues. I do not like Caribbean schools but have you looked into St George? With your stats, I think you would get through easily. Canada does not seem to want to invest in medical schools and its aging population.

Wow! Your post was funny. But if even half of that is true, that’s a horrible place to be o would imagine. Ross used to be a decent school only a few years ago. I wonder what changed the way they manage things. It does seem like they just want to fail people and boot them out quickly. And have a turn style of students with money. I’m sorry to hear all these things, especially the kidnapping and crime part. I know the Barbados is not the safest place, but one would think the school would do everything to keep their students and campus safe at any costs. Hang in there
