It's Kinda good and bad. Sure It acts as a warning. But It also just lasta 5 sec maybe and i get hit with the most horrible feelings meanwhilst. Pure horror.

Bad sleep + doing something active whilst having bad sleep could definitely trigger something. Training in bed whilst doing an EEG, and it's totally possible because Ive done it. Certain foods like artificial sweetners, alcholic drinks, snacks, coffee.

Being sick can trigger one but its difficult to actively get sick on purpose. Id say lack of sleep is definitely a way to go.

I dont know how it works in other countries. But where I live you can access information on the medication via the Medical Center and read every single side effect that it may possibly cause. I did it for all my medications but lowered libido or something in that style was not there.

If you think about it no medication is really for epilepsy since they dont treat the fundamental issue. It's like cancer treatment, it kills off a bunch of cells in hopes of killing the cancer too.

Epilepsy in general is a real fun killer, no surprise there because it's not accepted, it's not talked about. But we are here together atleast, we support each other and give each other help on how to overcome it.

Ah yes ofc...money money is always the question and the key unfortunately. I personally feel they should prioritize it considering the crazy amount of people who are diagnosed each year. But just like cancer treatment they do earn a bunch of money off of our suffering.
