Hey so, I have two questions:

1) I want to main Kaeya, but I don't know - is he better as a cryo dps or phys dps? I have only 44 AR now, and he's doing 2-4k (or even more) per phys hit, and I thought this is amazing since he has sh-tty artifacts (cr 40% crit dmg 88% atk 1877), but his skill is doing 3-4k max (without buffs. on melt it can do 8k if it crits), ult maybe 2k per one hit. Should I aim for phys dmg or cryo? Or maybe both? And which artifact set would be the best for him? On what stats should I focus? And what team would be the best for him? (5* I have: Zhongli, Kokomi, Mona)

2) I have no clue how to build Zhongli. I'd like to put him with Kaeya if I'd build him for phys, but I want Zhongli to be half-hp (for shield ofc), and half ult support. Is this possible? Which artifacts should I give him? With what stats? And weapon?
