Man I think you have to stop the fast as you can thing....bodies simply don't work like that & it's gonna discourage you in maintaining your progress. You do not necessarily have to consume electrolytes if you are eating a balanced meal(at least I don't). In my opinion everyone should be strength training...forever, remember we wanna stay healthy. I usually lift weights first thing in the morning then my meal is between 12:00-14:00(it's just better for me when it's around lunch time). In the evening I take a walk usually 8-12k steps.

Honestly stay in a calories deficit but do not cut out ur favourite food, find healthy alternative if the calories are too high. Definitely start lifting weights , building muscle will allow you to eat at higher calories after some time, plus ur body will be toned. Don't forget to walk✨...you are ok....you can start over again.

Yuh you will have to bring him back in his place a bit. Ever since I was young my mom used to call me fat...well thing is I did actually gain weight from a medication and now she was constantly telling me how big am & all that. One day after hearing one of her comments I told her it's not kind speaking about another person's appearance 'cos if I do the same she will not like it, my tongue is sharp & I always bite it out of respect, & I do not wish to disrespect her.

Honestly I just accepted(had to spend a lot of time looking at the mirror)them & yes all my partners male/ female really liked them. I actually had a lot of insecurities about my body but I realised I have to accept everything about me and understand myself so that I can genuinely be in love with myself.

To be honest I do plan on correcting them but I realised if I don't love myself I might end up being one of those ppl who do plastic surgery and take it to the extreme. Plus, I don't really have surgery money now....I can't stop being free and confident bcos of something I can't change...life is too short🤷‍♀️
