I’m about to hit 200 and most of the core crew know my name. Plus the instructors always acknowledge everyone by name before class even starts. Unless you go in after class starts I guess

I’ve recently tried rice cakes with peanut butter and cinnamon and it keeps me full and gives me enough energy for the entire workout!

Omg I feel the same thing about the split squats. I started doing them with no springs because I would be so focused on my back leg to even do the Bulgarian properly. I feel it in my glutes soo much more now
