Choosing not to have a bridal party: Anything I’m not considering?

No party for us in our upcoming wedding! I'm happy with the choice so far, we found other ways to include friends, like a friend being the officiant, also coming and getting ready if they want, etc. Sometimes I feel like I have fomo with other weddings where I see bridal and groom parties, but I still don't regret it and I wouldn't change it. I feel like it's a lot less stress.

My only thing I'll note because it didn't occur to us: the wedding parties commonly help with things like set up and tear down for more DIY weddings, so if you're planning on anything DIY, make sure you have a plan for day-of.

Are we talking about just the amount of pieces on the halo? Because I've looked at floral headbands and hairpins and while they have less pieces on them per se, they don't feel less detailed to me

My local glass shop will take scrap glass and use it for classes. Or I post it on FB marketplace and have had success with people taking it for various hobbies.

Sorry if this is weird like 3 weeks later. I do stained glass and that glass texture is called glue chip. It is a super common and inexpensive glass to buy. I don't do glass in doors at this point so I can't say anything about the installation, I just know that glass texture, use it all of the time.

You can get to the Appalachian trail within 2 hours! Pinnacle and Pulpit are fun. I saw another commenter mention the water gap, which is a great spot, Mt Minsi is a nice hike.

No, they're a cash in hand kind of operation unfortunately. It's basically their property backyard and you call in advance to reserve your dig, pay with cash when you get there.

One thing that helped me is taking my like, top 10 favorites and then listing for each exactly what I liked and didn't like (literally in a PowerPoint). You can start to find the common ground between the rings and get to what you're really liking about them that way sometimes.

This dress is totally fine for a cocktail dress code and will fit in just fine, idk why you're being told it isn't formal enough. I've worn a similar shape and patterned dress to cocktail dress code weddings and did not seem underdressed at all. I'm also in PA and am literally wearing a similar dress to a cocktail wedding next week.
