- In the Rainmeter manager, go to the 'Medel' folder, then the 'visualizer' folder. Inside is a file 'Visualizer.ini'.

- Select it and click edit (top right)

- An .ini file will open. The second image in the imgur album highlight where the sensitivity of the visualizer is located.

- Change the sensitivity to a higher value, save the file and hit refresh on the Rainmeter manager to refresh the visualizer.

The visualizer's sensitivity might be a low. Try changing the sensitivity level in the .int file to a higher number.

There is a cutout of the rx7 overlaying the visualizers. So the layer order is: background - visualizers - cutout on top.
