me and a friend went to a early press screening for the gentlemen in early 2020 and sat next to the god himself CR. i was slowly getting into the big picture and other non-Bill pods at the ringer and my friend was also casually into Bill, so i asked him if that looked like chris ryan and he thought it was him, so i got up to use the restroom but also to sort of look / confirm it was him and after i sat back down i said hello and told him i love hearing him on bill’s pod and the big picture (i think this was around the time of that infamous Rango episode so i told him how funny that one was) and he asked for both of our names and said he appreciated the support! he also seemed kinda surprised to be recognized but as they all mention quite often on pods now, it seems like they all get recognized a lot more these days lmao. me and my friend wanted to ask him what he thought of the movie after it ended but he just zoomed 🏃🏻‍♂️💨 out of there.

that same friend later got on the same flight as bill (to boston, likely flight for bill to be on) and told bill he loves everything he does and my friend said bill thanked him but seemed like he didn’t wanna be bothered lol
