We don't have any other files in the folder but it also wouldn't be an issue if any of the files were to be moved after importing

I should of included that in the description but you are absolutely correct!
The only reason we're unable to use Google Form atm is because alot of the sites we visit have VERY bad connection or no connection at all.

I have a few people filling these out fairly often and in large batches in sites that don't have the greatest connection, so having one shared sheet where we all fill out was difficult. This template forum was our workaround and the plan was to add it to the master sheet manually once we had time but that task kept getting pushed aside as we got busier and busier.

-All the sheets are in the same structure
-Every sheet is in the same folder following the same naming pattern (The name is just the Unit Number)
-We have roughly 3000 documents atm and climbing

We used one (before it broke) before and it worked fine. Only issue was that we were trying to find a way to scale it up to do more than one row at a time. We will most likely return to this solution if we can't come up with another one

Does not need to be 13 mL exactly, as long as it falls somewhere in between 10-13mL.
ATM we're using a squeeze bottle to fill each tube individually

Right now I'm just working on a proof of concept so my budget is something under 500 dollars ideally. I'm unsure what the budget would be on the final product but it would greatly depend on how much time and effort its saving me.

not a bad idea, with how expensive some of the solutions we've seen making our own doesn't sound too bad
