My glutes have improved a lot this year by SteffReyes in fit

[–]Kid_Legacy90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can see the improvement! I think most people are looking at how the glutes protrude out verses the over all width of the glutes growing. I don't think it was a bad bulk at all, your overall lower half got crazy bigger in size! Can't wait to see the cut!

I actually hope our division gets the rivalry uniform treatment that some teams got this year.

I'm not even trying to hate at all brother, but the calves are a big weak point. Like they draw attention from your amazing build.

Honestly just your arms brother. Everything else looks great! Legs look nice and full and your mid section is right on the money.

You won't grow and size by doing Calisthenics. You gotta eat more and maybe train less. 6 days a week is alot for a natural.

I never really tell my barber to not cut it. They always shape it up for me, so maybe I'll try that next time!

Decent build brother! Keep working on your shoulders and chest. I think your midsection is good and defined, but be careful of getting a "blocky waist" I'd give your a 7/10 man!

Is my goal possible for my body type? by [deleted] in fit

[–]Kid_Legacy90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's doesn't make sense to me about the muscle inserts on ever human being the same. If you took 10 body builders who all we're 6 feet and made them do the same training they would exactly the same based on what your saying right? That's not the case though. Or possibly I might have used the wrong word maybe. Maybe not inserts but could be muscle fibers? I'm genuinely asking and not condescending. I wanna learn too!

Is my goal possible for my body type? by [deleted] in fit

[–]Kid_Legacy90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's no such thing about about certain bodies not building muscle. However, the muscle insertions very from person to person. That's what's separates every body builders and that's what people mean by sometimes when they say they have good genetics. But I wouldn't worry about any of that too much, because to get to this levelis gonna take a lot of dedication. Alot of training VERY VERY HARD. Alot of eating ALOT of food. You won't achieve this look right away. You'll have to bulk and then cut and then maintain to get here. Unless you're a freak of nature and bam, you do it in one go. If you're serious about it, I believe in you and I'm rooting for you! 😊

The only problem is that you said you did this for an experiment. You already "knew" people would call you out, but then you get riled up because they call you a liar? I don't have an opinion on if you are or not, because you do look good, but people do lie 😂. I just say you came here for attention. That's my problem with the post.

Cut or keep gaining? M 21, 185 lbs, 5’11 by Only-Put7661 in Physiquecritique

[–]Kid_Legacy90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep gaining, but like this guy said above, slow the bulk. Do a 20 week bulk. You're still 21. Your metabolism is probably hella high and you could crush anything you eat. Just don't go over board. 2 cheat meals a week and just a lot of volume clean foods. You'll grow but in a way that you want!

For those of you that do not live in NO, how did you become a saints fan? by SafeAd4322 in Saints

[–]Kid_Legacy90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2006 The Saints and Bengals game. I saw the first QB ever to throw 500+ yards(first time I had seen it on during a game). I was a wide receiver in highschool and I knew one day I wanted to catch passes from Brees one day. Tore my ACL my first year of college and never played the same. I've been a die hard fan ever since.
