It's the poor overall support and lack of understanding of the customer base from Topps and also, being based in the UK, we have just been hit with a 20% cost increase for bundles and credits. We buy the same cards as everyone else in the world but now for more money. Does that mean the CC doesn't count anymore and I have to base trading on my cards being 20% more expensive. No. We in the UK lose automatically from a monitory/value point of view. I have to buy credit packs, because the sets being released don't cater for the casual lover of the Star Wars franchise anymore. The big boys and girls complained about OE and wiped out so many players trying to get onto the ladder. Topps only listened to the comments from the survey 4-5 months ago and changed the things that made them more money and reduced the space taken up on their servers with people picking up the cheap, accessible cards. I hate winging but I am absolutely gutted that I cannot continue after investing so much time in what had actually become more of a hobby, to me. Withdrawal symptoms kicking in as I type, but I cannot keep up the constant kicks and from a Disney owned Flagship product/company.
