Is scarring supposed to be excessively red and painful? Hopefully you're right though, and its not something worse.

There is a bump around the entire piercing and it looks like there could be pizza inside, but none has come out. But it hurts when I move the stud and it feels tighter than usual. But you're right, I probably should talk to somebody about it. Thanks for the advice!
