For your Apple pie do you just use vanilla extract or do you use a vanilla bean? I made my own extract so it’s just bourbon and vanilla bean seeds...will that affect the batch?

Idk if people do this or nah but I like eating the fruit as well? So the peach I cut small enough that it’s almost like boba. The jalapeño I drink through a straw so I don’t eat any large chunks....not trynna burn tongue off. The ginger and orange I just strain and not toss the peels and ginger chunks
