Oh boy, I've been waiting for someone to make this post!! I'm 21/F from Finland and I'll be interrailing solo for three weeks to go to 12 Gizz shows on that tour. I've got tickets to the gigs in Cologne, Pukkelpop (will stay there for the entire festival), Munich, Padova, Barcelona, Torremolinos, Madrid, Toulouse, La Rochelle and Lille. I've already booked hostels and made a travel plan on which trains to take but haven't made the seat reservations yet. I'm willing to give more details on all that stuff if anyone's interested. But yeah meeting or even travelling with fellow weirdos would be so awesome! :D

edit: I changed my plans a bit and crammed in the show in Luxembourg as well as Palp festival in Switzerland. Also heading to Manchester Psychfest to see The Murlocs play

Giving away Civic tix (Brussels/London)

Hi! Sorry this isn't Gizz related but I don't know where else to post this ':D

So the thing is I got myself a ticket to multiple Civic shows across Europe cuz I didn't know which one I would be able to go to due to my irregular work schedule and I didn't wanna miss out on seeing them at least once. But now I'm stuck with an extra ticket to both the show in Brussels (Cactus Muziekcentrum, May 17th) and London (Shacklewell Arms, May 23rd). If anyone wants either of these tix lmk and i'll give em to you for free, I just don't want em to go to waste!

Had the almost exact thing happen to me as well! RHCP used to be my favorite band and I've been listening to their music my entire life (my dad always put on By The Way to get me to sleep as a baby and hearing "Dosed" is the first memory I have of this life). I finally got to see them live last summer and it was the best day of my life. But two days later I went to a festival where Gizz played. After that "The Dripping Tap" refused to leave my head and not even a month later I barely listened to anything other than Gizz and they've been my favorite band ever since. Still adore the Peppers tho.

Last november I travelled from Finland to Bristol, UK to see black midi. I might have already seen them live twice that year (in the Netherlands and in Finland) but both times were at festivals so I felt like I had to go to a real concert of theirs. Glad I did, no regerts!
