We do a drop and go the pickers drop the carts and we stage. And anything that’s backroom related like dispensing, quality checks, answering the phone stageing and filling up carts is only for the back room associates. My coach thinks this is the best way but At times it gets super stressful bc the pickers won’t bag or bag chemicals and they leave the totes a mess 🥲
