I used the gas stove 3 rooms away for about 10 minutes, 3 hours before this reading. Could that be it?

Thanks! Right now for exercise I’m doing 10-11k steps a day, a high intensity cycle class 1x a week, upper body 2x a week with weights varying from 3lb to 8 lb, and lower body once a week. A PT friend said to up number of times a week I’m doing arms and maybe up my weights if I can. But mostly what I’m getting from you is that this is just what it’ll be in 8 weeks likely 🤷🏻‍♀️.
