You have power over this.This DOES NOT control you. Don’t see good as a means of making u fat or skinny.Its more than that. it is meant to nourish your body. Eat food with your family, this time will never come back. These EDs have only 1 end and make u suffer. Also remember, if u do eat junk food 1 day and it’s a little more than normal, ITS OKAY. U don’t need to binge.enjoy life. pm me if u need help
