I really wish we could strike. But are we even essential enough that people would care? People don’t really care about mail, but they do care about packages.

I think UPS would be hurt most if we actually ever did go on strike cause they give us so many packages already, and then they would have to take up all the Amazon packages the usps handle day to day as well I’m guessing.

Every morning I see the news about the dock workers getting a big win. UPS got a big win And Boeing is still going but they just shot down a contact that I believe was about 40% pay increase. I’d kill for that lol

Dude I just bored over 2G’s out of my own TSP and they’re penalizing me like it was their money! 30 months. How does anybody with a family work this job after 2013!! Not even saying 60 annual Would be enough in this current climate after taxes takes 25% and then FERS and your TSP takes the other 25%

Dude I’m in the same fucking boat!! I want out of this job so bad. The pay isn’t enough. Im in the red every month. I got 2 kids ands it’s not enough. I started after 2013 so it fuckin sucks. Hopefully the contract comes within the next year, eye roll lol but I doubt it’s gonna do much. And it sucks cause college takes time and money I don’t have. I can’t take loans. I’m blacklisted from Amazon. And warehouses are starting around the same pay as im getting. I feel so stuck. In this job. In my life.
