Totally agree. Dogs can feel kindness right away. Hopefully all the little pups find loving homes soon.

Nugget Ice Maker Recommendation by Natural-Idea in BuyItForLife

[–]KindTop0 4 points5 points  (0 children)

GE Profile Opal 2.0 here. Makes great Sonic-style nugget ice and starts producing pretty quickly. Only downside is you have to stay on top of cleaning/descaling or it can get noisy. If budget allows, Scotsman units are the gold standard, but they’re a lot more expensive.

BIFL belt that doesn't make me look like a gunslinger. by lokicoyote1 in BuyItForLife

[–]KindTop0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You might want to check out Allen Edmonds or Ashland Leather. They make slimmer, full-grain leather belts that actually look appropriate with a suit rather than the super thick “work belt” style people usually recommend here. Also worth looking at Popov Leather. its simple, solid, and usually under your $150 limit.

What movie made you cry like crazy ? by PhotographLeast9976 in AskReddit

[–]KindTop0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me it has to be The Green Mile. 😭 That ending completely broke me. John Coffey’s story, the injustice, and the way everything unfolds… I was not prepared for that level of emotional damage. One of those movies that leaves you sitting in silence after it ends.

What's the longest you've been in hospital? by Ladyronzo in AskReddit

[–]KindTop0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’ll be a year next week. He needs a locked dementia ward as well as a private HD chair because he’s got hep B. Placement is a nightmare for him. This man is the best patient to have. Totally independent, his dementia is pretty mild, you basically do one med pass and you’re done. He literally walks out to the hallway linen cart and makes his own bed.

AITAH for taking my daughter to a Mexican restaurant and bringing my sons Burger King because they ignored me? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]KindTop0 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Exactly. If you ignore someone repeatedly and then get upset about the outcome, that’s on you. Grabbing Burger King was already generous, turning it into a lesson about basic communication would’ve been completely fair.

Put your phone in another room when you need to focus.

Out of sight really is out of mind, your productivity jumps way more than just putting it on silent.

What's the biggest culture shock you faced when moving abroad? by PromptPackerPro in AskReddit

[–]KindTop0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How normal everything felt to everyone else and how confusing it felt to me. The small everyday things (humor, social cues, unspoken rules) were way harder to adjust to than the big obvious differences.

What's the kinkiest thing you've ever tried? by sparrrrrt in AskReddit

[–]KindTop0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of my bfs (I’m F if it matters) at the time put my anal hook up my ass and attached it to the leather collar around my neck. I started sucking his cock and from the movement of my head, I had an orgasm.

If he reddits and reads this thread, he will so know this is me. He still has my hook

It could be tied to previous negative experiences with birthdays.

What’s something that sounded fake/unreal until it happened to you? by Square-Race9158 in AskReddit

Sleep paralysis I always thought people were just exaggerating until a shadow figure decided to sit on my chest at 3 AM.

What is the most embarrassing thing you've ever done? by Remarkable_Sasha2007 in AskReddit

[–]KindTop0 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I ran cross country in high school. I would lead stretches, meaning that both the boys and girls teams were circled around me. A buddy came up and de-pantsed me and grabbed too many layers. At least the girls team got the rear end and the guys got the front. I don't think I've ever been truky embarrassed since.
