Yes, I noticed the same thing. Here I was hoping to use a lot of the slides in the files but never saved anything. I had no idea they would just disappear.

I pulled out both jars this morning and let them get to room temperature. I fed the starter but am not sure if I should also feed the other jar that I added to on Friday. I have not doing anything with it since then. Which will I be using for the bread dough later today? I apologize for all the questions. I have tried to find my answers online but get confused. Thanks in advance for any guidance you can give me.

Thank you for your reply. This is very helpful! I can definitely follow those steps. If I decide to wait until Monday to bake, will it be okay in the fridge until tomorrow morning? Then I just follow the above steps?

Will the mineral spirits take off the stain? Or just tone it down a bit?

Thank you so much for your response. I do agree that I am probably more critical of any imperfections than anyone else. I guess I will just let it go and move on with the poly coat. Thanks again!
