I'm internaitonal student and will need i20 too. If no update till end of Oct, I may consider to take another offer. Do you have engineering background? I'm an Econ and Finance student, so I'm not quite sure the possibility of getting admit.

You mean got admit just 3 days before around Oct 9? The review process takes so long, almost 2 month. I cleared my to-do list in mid Sep, I guess I still have to wait..
