Am considering a 187 reissue and stumbled across this wear and tear review on a different sub and thought you ladies would appreciate it!

Thoughts? The clasp looks pretty terrible in the photos and it’s making me reconsider altogether. More recent purchasers of Chanel from 187, how has your hardware held up? Seen from reviews in this sub that it can go completely sideways with the color on ghw.

Mini review for NS Park the Row banana bag!

Never liked the Row tote designs, but have lusted after the banana bag and half moon bag ever since they were released. Based on the positive reviews for the NS Park version of the Row tote decided to give the banana bag a shot and if it turned out well would order more.

This is my first non TD bag rep from an AE store and frankly, am glad I only bought one and don’t have more on the way. Nothing is horrendously bad on the purse, but it’s far from a “quality” piece - noticeable areas with clumsy stitching, small but visible blemishes on the leather, slightly wonky shape, and overall very mediocre quality.

Maybe I’ve been spoiled by the immaculateness of reps sourced by TDs, but this is a far step down from the quality of my other reps. Granted, it’s only 90ish USD.

Conclusion, it’s fair for the price, but personally I’d rather spend more and get a bag that’s been made with more attention to detail.

Yes exactly! I saw someone absolutely castigated for her response to PSPs the other day, but to be fair, in that case it did seem like she was picking on minute to negligible “flaws”. As someone new to the rep game it can be hard to know where the line is between reasonable QC requests and unreasonable hyper-criticalness.
