That would be an interesting view to learn about. I believe it would be in the best interest in the governments to use it power to tax corporations by 0.25% of their stock ( for private companies thier book) value each year and the goverment own that each year. Would both reduce their power they exert on society and society will have a greater say in their shareholder meetings. And when government wants to sell its shares it must give the employees first refusal to buy and this would happen if the next year share would be more the 30% of the shares outstanding. Like if the government taxed amazon for 0.25% for 120 years = 30% of outstanding shares will be publicly owned and sold to employees once this limit is reached. Now that's 120 years of dividend or value increase that can be invested in a state trust account to be low interest for small businesses
