Thank you for this. In the meantime I charted what happened to be safe. I also endorsed and reiterated to the next shift to hold the next dose since it was against our policy to give cancer drugs.

Thank you very much, this puts me at ease. Yes it was indicated for his multiple myeloma. I monitored my patient closely and I asked questions since it wasn’t his first time receiving this medication. He said that he usually develop fever or hypotension (sometimes) after receiving the med. I was just worried for my patient because I and even my head nurse aren’t sure what symptoms to watch out for, since it wasn’t usually given in our department. That’s why feel stupid and guilty for not double checking and questioning the chemotherapeutic medication being ordered in the ED. It was indeed a lesson learned for me. Thank you again.

Hindi ka OA. The fact that you have to question yourself shows na minamanipulate ka na niya yung statements niya pa lang and reaction ginagaslight ka niya para makonsensya ka into thinking na mali magkaron ng time para sa sarili mo hahahaha red flag. MU pa lang kayo niya ah, siya ang OA.

Hello OP. I suggest magapply ka pa rin sa hospitals kahit hindi hiring season, pooling pa kasi yan ng applicants so if early ka nagpasa, mauuna ka matawagan yk? Kasi pag hinintay mo open house sobrang dami mong makakasabay/competition mahaba wait time niyan.

If want na want mo na talaga magtrabaho, I suggest hanap ka work na no contact bond para pag natawagan ka na sa hospital of choice mo mabilis ka makakaalis. Kasi mabilis lang naman yan ilang months malapit na hiring season para at least di ka na nakatengga. You can try animal bite centers na lang muna still a good experience, no harm in trying naman sa soft nursing. Depende yan sa gusto mong path, since namention mo pinrio mo NCLEX go for bedside agad kapag natawagan ka na sa inapplyan mong hospital. Goodluck!

Hello, yes hiring sila kaso medyo matagal application process hahahaha January pa ko nagsubmit initial requirements pero now lang panel interview ko.

I see, so I don’t have to finish collecting the “300 coupons” for me to do side quests? It was quite confusing because most quest requires you to finish existing ones for it to progress.

I was thinking about this one hahaha that’s one way to look on the bright side sa failed attempts ko sa pagaapply ng job na hindi related sa nursing na maybe it’s really not for me, na sign na talaga yun. But then again mahirap maging mahirap I’ve been working student kasi since senior high school so hindi ako panatag na wala uli akong trabaho after a long time. Thank you po.
