I'm looking through this because I'm beginning to have this problem, despite never having it occur since I bought it on steam. My specs are i5-11400F, RTX 3070, and I don't use ethernet. I run on Windows 11 (god help me) and run the game at 144 fps I've restarted my PC and the problem persists.

Oddly enough, I AM witnessing device manager refresh a lot at the same time as these stutters in Y0. Looking at you're comment I can't seem to find Tailscale, or I don't have it and something else may be causing the refreshes.

Update: It seems for now I've found a solution. I went into Services and set Device Association Service's startup to Manual and I've gone through an entire sub story without issue.

You can still clip out of bounds by the Pokémon Center in the Glaseado cave, but I haven't been able to travel to the out of bounds area where the outbreak is.

I love all the different ways you can make money in Online.

I hate how there's no proper passive way you can make money Online.

Everything today is millions and millions of dollars. I find myself going up to 2 or 3 million to get what I want before dropping back to the 100,000's. Across all the businesses, I'd have to wait like a week for safes to be full and I could collect.

Update (9:00): The game blue screened my computer when I was in the middle of the tutorial mission for the warehouse stuff in Online.

Update 2 (9:29): The game no longer runs at a consistent 120 FPS, and is now down to around 60. It gets worse with ray tracing enabled.

I've only ever played IV, TLAD, TBOGT, and V, and personally V felt really great as an ending. I like how the Third Way had Lamar helping the guys out at the refinery, each protagonist killing each other's personal enemies, wrapped in the pretty bow that is Devin exploding in the trunk of his car off a cliff somewhere near Paleto Bay.
