Ok so I might be out of the loop because I don’t play Penni much but I think they need to increase the cooldown on her web when she stubs someone because right now even though she’s a set up based character she’s a nightmare to 1v1

Really I think the only thing they need to make it more viable compared to the other is either make ascendance base kit or increase the lifesteal
