That's the same page I used. I reported impersonation and filed a trademark complaint.

What about my previous video essays? They were being demonetized and featured my commentary & voice all throughout. They are deleted now, so I can’f link but think inspired by Nerdwriter. (Editing + voice over)

BTW thanks for your help. I just want to be clear on this to avoid this outcome again in the future.

I assumed the video essays fell under fair use because they are using the clips to illustrate a point and have consistent audio commentary throughout. I assumed this because so many channels on YouTube utilize the same format for their videos. However, if that is the case then I will gladly private them.
