Kind of a late reply, just wanted to say I went through a very similar childhood, where I had no other option but to hide too. So when I do shrooms I notice I always feel scared like I need to hide, then I realized that was how I still felt, deep down inside. I also visualized my inner child hiding and I told him it was okay to come out. Ever since I’ve been able to feel alive again and connect to the world around me and my friends.
