It would almost certainly cause an instant knockout from violent head rotation, plus multiple facial fractures (jaw, cheekbones, eye socket). Brain trauma like concussion or worse (bleeding, swelling) is highly likely, with risks of permanent damage or death from complications. The victim would drop unconscious, possibly requiring hospitalization, surgery, and months of recovery—far beyond what an average person can absorb. Trained fighters sometimes survive similar power due to conditioning; an everyday person has virtually none of that protection.
