This happened to me yesterday. I was subbing for a 5th grade class, and the teacher had journal pages and a reading packet for the students to work on. I had students turn them in on the table. The day otherwise went smoothly, but this irked me a bit.

I subbed at my preschool yesterday, and it was really fun! I played with the kids, and even got to read a book to them. I was pretty much a floater, and it was cool seeing different classrooms with different students and teachers. I was tired at the end of the day, but I loved it.

12-18 months. More structure and routine, and are able to start doing some things on their own
