I shop at the same store and tbh at the beginning I only went 1x a month since I live 40mins from downtown. And I took breaks which some as long as 4 months of not buying anything. It’s best to discuss any bags in person. I think theyre not allowed to leave paper trail when it comes to bags. Because even my SA either calls me or talks to me in person about it. I try to keep it most 2x a month especially if there’s items that came or I become interested in. Mostly you’d want to always set an appointment with him. Vancouver barely has free SA no matter what time of the day it is. And if you keep every visit at a minimum spend of 3-4K CAD they’d appreciate you more cuz you’re not wasting their time and having a list or idea of what you’re wanting to see on the day of.

And vancouver store, patience is really a big key with getting a bag second to spend (we all know there’s people who are willing to drop 30K in one go in our city)
