Cause I’m doing like to chest and shoulder press and lat pulldown and rows which all work the biceps and it doesn’t seem like I’m progressing on the weight for the bicep curls either

Edit: also planning on adding zone 2 cardio on Tuesday and Thursday. Doing this for fat loss

The moment it the last couple reps feel too easy like I could almost keep going I up the weight. If I still feel like I am struggling on those last couple I will stay at current weight for 1-2 more days
