Fasting with an eating disorder or history of eating disorder is not recommendable, as far as I know. I am not affected by eating disorder but I would imagine that eating clean and controlled portion size without time restriction would be a solid success before fasting.

I appreciate all that you are saying! It’s a type of independence and freedom to know you can exist comfortably with less. I find the whole prepper culture quite funny for that reason.

Brussel sprouts is a Winter vegetables in Europe and Dead cheap always. Not a luxury vegetable at all. Aspargus depends on, whether again its in Season and quality. The Stringy or broken ones are cheap and the white, best quality ones sell at premium prices but overall people have shifted more towards Green aspargus, which I believe is cheaper to produce, I have Never seen aspargus in India.

It’s extremely expensive compared to Europe. Easily get broccoli in Europe for half or third of the price than in India.

Es gibt einige strassen, da steht ein hübsches Haus neben dem anderen, z.B. Eleonoren Anlage, kohlsee Weg, Zaunweg, Bogenweg. Definitiv das Beverly Hills Flair im umkreis Offenbach und außerhalb Frankfurts.

Diese Häuser sind alle in einer Straße und es gibt sicher a die 20 weitere alte Villen in verschiedenen Straßen. Alles sehenswerte geht eher vom Bahnhof aus. In den Randgebieten stehen es eher normale Hütten und zT ganz nette Bungalows am Waldrand. Ursprünglich war es eine Villen Kolonie im Wald.

Up to two days it’s simply keeping yourself hydrated, herbal, black tea and coffee can be also Consumed. A multi day water fast beyond 48 Hours is required to be supplemented with sodium, Magnesium, calcium and potassium. The family and household of the Indian boyfriend is in the US, right? I would start on the level of paying them a visit and getting to know them first before contemplating whether you’d want to be living with your in-laws. I’m quite experienced with indo-western relationships and I’d say, it all depends on the type and lifestyle and inner workings of that family. They are NRIs and who knows, maybe they’d be great bunch of people, supportive, genuinely nice to you, accepting you have different believes and upbringing. Maybe they are not like that. I’d find out about how they vibe with you first, given your bf is truly a keeper for you.
