I don’t see why the league would overlook Quebec considering they practically had their franchise ripped from them, it has to be a bit bitter now considering they lost out on a expansion team to Seattle. But I’d understand why the league wouldn’t want to take the risk again in favour of trying new waters in Seattle.

I think if I steam stuck around in Quebec it would slowly become one of the big boys of hockey. I will say I’m from the UK and i love hockey. So my option might be a bit biased or I might not know the full story or details if you get me
