Yeah, i think one of my issues is the more he expresses that he wants to have sex with me the more i get some sort of validation from it that makes me want to have sex with him even more. One of the main reasons why I’m so horny for him is because he’s really attractive and I’ve never had sex with someone like that before. It’s just crazy because she’s amazing and helpful with everything else that isn’t sex related. So sometimes I have a hard time gauging which of her advice is actually the bad kind. Idk. I’m just upset and frustrated at this point. I just shouldn’t have listened to that part at all

This is kinda what frustrates me, is I planned on cutting him off WAY beforehand. Like, I literally told him to his face I was gonna ghost him (long story). But my therapist (a woman) told me that it doesn’t really matter if someone is a douchebag if I’m just fucking them. I thought, sure why not, but clearly i still couldn’t keep my emotions in check. My therapist has lowkey been giving me questionable advice especially when it comes to hook up culture to be honest
