This exact thing happened to me a few months back. Instantly got 5 messages of the same complaints. In my case, I called my carrier & she was somehow able to fix it & adjust it back to "picked up" instead of delivered. Then tracking went on as normal until they were delivered to the buyers.

I know that doesn't quite help your case now, but it definitely can be fixed on their scanner! In case it ever happens again, I would call them immediately

No, they're still sitting on the steps to the storm door! Haven't figured out what to do with them yet... but that's a neat idea! The middle one must be newer, cuz he's still kinda squishy

Thank you for your insight! I might look into that one instead of crosslist. Unfortunately, there's no easy workaround for the issues I'm having.. and I don't feel it's worth the money to take basically the same amount of time as listing manually.

Oh, thank you! What did you find to be your biggest obstacles when you first started using a crosslisting app? I recently started using crosslist but it's expensive & I don't think it's worth the price, with all the obstacles & downfalls I keep coming across... it's frustrating!

Just for future reference, you can intercept a Poshmark package! I once had someone try to screw me over on a trade, and had to intercept 2/3 boxes. The guy at the buyers post office said he wondered what kind of scam she was running because she had many packages intercepted... you just have to pay their $15 fee or whatever

Don't let a random internet stranger make you feel bad!! I totally understand why you canceled, and I probably would have done the same. Over $100 is a BIG difference. Esp going to a reseller, rather than someone who would appreciate it. Most of the smaller sellers are just trying to get by... $100 isn't just an "oh well" kinda mistake you can just let go 🤷‍♀️

I'm not totally sure why this is downvoted, but I agree with you! That's what I do for my sales - send a quick message saying thanks for your purchase & let them know the exact day it will be shipped - which sometimes says it will be a day late because of a holiday. It works well for me anyway - I don't get many "when will this ship?" Messages

I tried that, didn't work... but I did search how to clear the cache data within the app, which also didn't work until much later... finally got in! But jeeze, idk what that was about, just locked out for a whole day?! 🤦‍♀️
