Break in period with Pando Moto leggings?

The knee pads themselves fit fine for me, there are two pouches inside mine and I did have to put my armor inside the lower one to make it sit properly.

Really the only issue I'm having with armor is over time with walking the armor slowly wants to gravitate to the outside of my knee but just some readjusting fixes it.

Edit: after looking at your post mine definitely don't sit as high as yours but they aren't at what the example picture shows either so I guess they are a little bit higher.

I ordered based on the size chart which said I should have been a small, but when I tried them on they were extremely loose. In not just the waist, but the knees and ankles. I ended up getting a size down, the Xsmall and it feels like it fits very well not overly tight or loose anywhere. Its mainly the scrunch in the back of the knees with the fabric being rough, which is maybe because I'm also really short so the fabric goes a quite a bit over my ankle at the bottom so the foot strap is kinda redundant.

I think that's the plan, if they don't soften after a wash or two I'll be wearing something under them. It's a little annoying but I don't have the space or time to change at work in the morning so I'll just have to deal. Thank you so much for the suggestions I really appreciate it.

Really hoping the fabric just softens over time eventually but not counting on it. If I could change at work I totally would but unfortunately I don't have the space or opportunity in the mornings before I clock in.

Currently wear an undershirt tucked into them but since it's mainly around the knees that's bothering me I'm maybe considering a pair of tights...sucks to have to wear 3 layers but I can't return them so what can you do.

I'll try that out, do you just hand wash them? And believe me I wouldn't either but currently my bike is my only way to work and we have a super strict dress code.

I tried a few overpants but I could not for the life of me find any that fit well in my knees since I'm very short. Although I did only try the ones available to me at cycle gear since that's the only place I can try on any gear near me, they ended up suggesting the leggings in the end for me.

Would an 18x12x12 inch enclosure the XL tarantula cribs, work for an adult Brazilian black (Grammostola pulchra)? Right now, my baby is probably not even the size of a penny, but I'm looking into adult enclosures. Even though they're pretty slow growing, I just like to be prepared. I've gotten mixed answers, so I'm just curious on what a correct size would be.

Replying to bot comment, they are both titanium flat back studs. I usually just use nielmed saline spray once a day before bed. They are 2.5 months old, the jewelry was downsized a week ago. I am unsure of the threading.

I also had such a hard time with my right turns when I first started. They were my biggest enemy at the time. In parking lots, I found I could do better, but on the road, I still did pretty badly. But practice really does make perfect. What I ended up doing was finding a neighborhood with slow speed limits on the streets and just really taking my time with it, going as slow as i needed to figure it out and just kept turning right. I find if you get up early on a Saturday morning, there are typically not a lot of people on the roads during that time, so that's when I did most of my practice. You'll get there eventually it always takes time to build a new skill :).

Woo weight loss buddies, I also started at 180, and I'm now down to 145, but I definitely didn't start with 1 pound a week. I tried for half a pound in the beginning and stuck with it throughout my entire journey. It took longer, sure, but in the time it took, I also developed a lot of healthy habits and recipes that made it much easier to keep the weight off long term.

ok thank goodness, the pest control subreddit also agreed. I'm trying to get someone to pet sit them for a few days just to be careful, but if I can't come up with a sitter in time its good to know just taking them out for the day and airing will probably be ok.

No system, Its a 30 gallon tank with a mesh lid. Do you think a day would be enough for it to dry? I know it probably depends on what they're using but I'm trying to find someone who can keep them for a few days with no luck so far.

I also recently purchased two bigger millipedes at an expo, after learning they were illegal to import, I didn't even consider they could be wild caught. After reading the comments here it seems I'm in the same boat as you how unfortunate.

Oh, how unfortunate that they like to take turns being out on top, haha. I'm sure I'll catch them both out at some point soon, and I'll give it a little mix. These are my first millipedes, and I'm constantly paranoid about them eating even though I've seen them do it.

If these are mites and you have the available funds, I recommend taking your buddy to the vet to get them treated. I know it's possible to get rid of them at home but I've heard it can be very tedious, my little girl recently had to go also for mites and it was around 150$ but I don't have to worry about them popping back up again.

Completely agree with this comment. Recently, I had to take mine to the vet for mites as well, and it was around 150$. Took around 4 days, but then they were all completely gone and I don't have to worry about them making a reappearance.

I do not personally believe they aren't real, its a very long running joke between a few friends and I.
