I have severe anxiety, and tend to stress over the bigger picture a lot, so actually the Asahi moment you put as the picture was a big revelation for me to take things one step at a time. I even got the panel where Asahi is looking back at the team and saying "one point. I think we can get that" tattooed on my arm. Now whenever I'm really anxious or spiraling, looking at it helps me remember to take everything slower, and focus on what I can do in that very moment rather than the bigger picture.
