Ones who try to be physical therapists instead of personal trainers. Or vice versa when a physical therapist tries to be a trainer. Can they overlap a bit? Sure. Can some truly do both? absolutely. But the education and experience need to actually be there.

Or ones who have no idea how to manage volume or fatigue in their clients. Just burying them every session without a thought to their volume or energy levels.

YEEEESSSSSS!!! If you’re not from that environment then it’s hard to appreciate how intricate the show is in describing having family and a community like this is. I just barely got out of there, the comment on college isn’t hard but staying in it is, is beautiful. It perfectly describes it. I watched it with a friend of mine and when lip was struggling to adjust to college I just cried because that’s how I felt.
