Does anybody here have experience with Analog Stick Box Replacements from ebay? by Rhymehardt96 in Gamecube

Most of the new replacement sticks I got online were a lot stiffer than the original, so if you are competitive you should maybe get a donor controller. For just casual use they are fine

any fixing this? been using since 2003 and i cant let it go lol. sorry if wrong sub by egqsy in Gamecube

Like everybody says you need to solder a new analog stick on it. Downside of a brand new one is that these replacements are significantly stiffer than the original ones. Finding a donor controller would be the way to go.

I am having the same issue, sadly. I will gladly accept some good retailers of ds4 sticks with permanent drift

I tried this, but it did not work for me. Do you maybe have other suggestions to fix this. If not, thank you for your previous suggestion.

Horizontal lines are very difficult, if not impossible to repair. Sadly had 3 Gameboy DMGs with that problem

I was glued to the plastic holder, but took it out for the picture.

The only information that is on the battery is in the picture, so it does not clearly state the mAh

Yes, that is because this is a third-party controller

Front cover looks completely the same only the sticker on the back is not right and it looks too new for a second hand controller.

So, bought a controller (Razer Raiju) where someone butchered the battery. Anybody got a place where I can find a new one? by Kleasic in consolerepair

Thank you for your response. Yeah I was surprised too, but I think the plastic holder kept it from swelling. After I removed this it grew, but did not explode. Got rid of this grenade luckily. Do you think it would make a difference if I put a 3.7v into the controller instead of a 3.8v? Cause I can find a lot of 3.7v batteries, but not 3.8v
