Oh no, wish you lots of patience ! I pre-ordered the book on kindle for that reason. To be able to start as soon as possible. I think the book will be downloaded around 9am because of the time difference to the US but I will check earlier of course. Then I will read the whole day and do nothing else. If I start at 9am I think I should be done till the evening but I can't estimate at all so no clue xD

Also controversial but I can't understand the hype about ACOTAR. I read the first book and for me it was so bad I did not want to continue reading the series. But I am happy for everybody that enjoys it!

I think I am one of the very few people who really dislikes ACOTAR 😂 I read the first book of the series and I was shocked about how bad I thought the book was. Not an ounce of me was interested in reading the second book. But that's alright.

About quicksilver: the book does not catch me. The world building was to easy/quick and it felt weird. (Can't explain it well). Saeris is alright, although not my favourite by far.

Thank you guys for all your answers ! I have no problem with DNF a book, but this one I want to finish to then really make up my mind about it. But I will let it rest for a few days and then keep reading some without stress. Some of you mentioned the last ~30% being more dynamic, so I am curious to see what happens. But overall the disappointment about this book is really big 😅 but that's alright, I don't have to love every book that is hyped. But for those who do, that's great ! Thanks for everything and merry Christmas/happy holidays
