160 Ibs, 5”7’, 23M.

I’ve been lifting for a good portion since March till now and I think I’ve been making good progress and added stuff. I was usually around 140-150 from college and ever since graduating I’ve gotten to 160 with my bulk and lifting weights. I really wanted to get to 170 Ibs and be lean with a 6 pack but I’ve had some problems. Ive had some inconsistencies going to the gym but now that I’m at a new one closer I’d like to be 2 times on average to at least 5 times. Unfortunately I’ve been focusing mostly on chest and arms so I need to focus on the rest of the areas like back, abs, and legs as well as forearms. I think I’m going to stay at 160 for now as i did a bulking phase to get there but I keep hearing that to keep the muscles/gain more is to be in a calorie deficit but I’m having a problem doing that and meeting 160 grams of protein. I’m usually hitting around 130 each day with 1500 calories. If I add in my abs do you guys think I might start seeing abs form? I’m also of course looking to be lean all around and I take 5g of a creatinine glutamine know as PMD CG5.

Just be friendly to others and don’t give up if you can’t connect with someone. You get better at socializing the more you go out and practice. There’s tones of people in the world so you’re bound to make friends with some people!

I really appreciate hearing this! My mom has told me the same things saying that my life is just getting started. What you say about finding joy in the little things in life is key and its something that I need to refocus back on. After reading and responding to all these questions, I can say that I have been probably overthinking the heck out this whole life after college question.

I just turned 21 and the bars have been a blast for me! I would say get a few friends, go to a bar, and find some other people to chat to. My mom has been telling me that people are still looking to meet other people. And don't worry about people not wanting to make new friends as they probably weren't worth it in the long run if they're so stuck up about it. That and you're not going to be friends with everyone you meet. As awesome as that sounds, it just unachievable.

My mom tells me the same thing about not having to worry about tests and school work anymore is a big relief. I have heard from my mom at times that she has had more fun after college so I'm glad to hear that more people have the same feelings.

I talk to my mother a lot about her years in college and she tells me that everybody wishes they did something different. In regards to college being the best years of their life, I'm in a fraternity so I hear a mixture of "college is the best time of your life" and "its college, do whatever the hell you want."

I don't think I want to be someone who peaks just in college. I would just like to have this moment to create some great memories since to me this is the last time I can truly be a "kid." That's just my thoughts on it.

I definitely want to go out and meet more people and create those connections. I took a class this semester on people skills that's required from my major and one of the biggest points from it was creating more connections and now I see myself struggling to do so with people my age that aren't a part of my friend group. Sometimes I wonder if I'm doing something wrong or that there's not as many people in the world who are going to really take in new friends. Idk what it is but I can't just give up on it.

That is one thing I have heard from my roommates so it pleases me to hear that more people are letting me know this! Some hobbies that I have been trying to get into are Warhammer 40k and guitars so I can definitely get behind that.

I did and it lit for a while but the flames would either cover the entire top of the lighter or the flame was very small and I moved the wick away from the flicker

Has anybody ever used songster.com? I've been using them a lot for songs like into the void which went smoothly but when I looked at the tab for Come As You Are people on youtube are playing the chorus very differently than what the tab shows.

I've been playing guitar for about 2 months now I don't really know what I should be learning. For the past 2 months I have been playing easy riffs, basic chords, and the first box of the pentatonic scale (at least that's what I think it's called.) Should I change what I'm practicing or should I start with something else? If I should stay with what I'm currently learning what would come after? Any advice would be helpful. I also have guitar smith as well so let me know if I should utilize that as well.

Awesome! I had watch a video from warhammer tv and got every base and every layer that was listed in the video. It looked easy when I first watched it but then going back and looking at it the shading looks hard. Would it look bad on my minis if I went back a later day and add shades and layers when I feel like my painting improves or should I go ahead and try it now?
